To close your account, please visit one of our branches in person and complete the account closure request form.
All account holders must provide valid identification and sign the account closure request form.
Any outstanding debts, fees, or transactions on the account must be settled before the close request can be processed.
The account closure request may take up to 30 days to be fully processed.
After account closure is complete, the remaining balance, if any, will be returned to you by check or transferred to another account specified by you.

Closing an account may impact existing services linked to the account, such as automatic payments or direct deposits. Please make arrangements before closing the account.
If you have joint account holders, their consent and presence is required during the account closure process.
After the account is closed, you will no longer have access to the account through our online banking services or receive account-related communications from us.
